Colliers International’s Fergus Falls Website

Historic Campus Opportunity

Colliers International has launched a website as part of their campaign to find a developer for the Fergus Falls Kirkbride: Historic Campus Opportunity. It’ll be interesting to see if Colliers is successful. I believe it’s the first time a Kirkbride has been the subject of such a large scale marketing campaign. Hopefully it’ll result in the right developer finding out about the property and saving it.

If you own a website, or even just a Facebook page, please consider spreading the word by linking to the site.

I posted about it in my cemetery group, I mentioned how it’s interesting to see what can be done when an old state hospital is allowed to be discussed on it’s re-use instead of the state deciding for everyone.

I am absolutley thrilled it may still have a chance to be arround I love Asylums there very interesting. If it is saved I hope the eventual developer will allow people to still tour and or go inside the amazing facility

I saw you posted on Facebook that the owners of TALA (Weston State Hospital) are possibly interested in Fergus Falls!
    This could get very interesting!

I was lucky enough to visit with Gene and Maxine and got a tour of the place, its in really good shape. I drew it in CAD and printed it on my 3D printer for them.
