Somebody emailed me the photo below. They're trying to find out if a relative is in the picture. I'm pretty sure it was taken at Dixmont, but the second pennant is kind of confusing. It says "Gouverneur '17". There's a Gouverneur, NY but it's a pretty good distance from Dixmont and I don't know if there would have been need to send NY nurses to train in Pennsylvania...
Anyway, I said I'd post this here hoping that someone could shed some light on it. If you happen to know anything about this photo or the relationship between Dixmont and Gouverneur, please post. Thanks.
